What is your refund policy and How do I make returns?
Unwashed, unworn or unused merchandise may be returned within 10 days after delivery for a merchandise refund. Item(s) must be returned in condition received with UPC (if any) still intact and visible or merchandise will be returned to sender. All returns must be complete and contain all included accessory items such as instructions, warranty cards, or any other accessory item contained, if any.
Sale merchandise is final sale. No refunds will be given on sale items. Defective products are the responsibility or the product's manufacturer.
Defective products are to be returned to the orignal manufacturer. We will try to mediate any disputes arising from any defective product return.
Return Policy:
YOU MUST OBTAIN AN RA NUMBER FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT MUST BE WRITTEN ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE BOX (EXAMPLE RA# ____). IF OUR WAREHOUSE DOES NOT SEE THE NUMBER YOUR PACKAGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU.

You will be credited for the cost of the items and applicable taxes. Shipping is not refunded. Return or exchange a Windy City Shooting Sports purchase by mail
1. Return a Windy City Shooting Sports purchase by mail
2. Please include your packing slip and return form.
3. On the packing slip, circle the item(s) you're returning. Please indicate the reason(s) for your return on the reverse side of the form.
4. For returns, the original credit card will be credited.
5. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return;
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Windy City Shooting Sports is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Returns must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Return Status:
Returns mailed to Windy City Shooting Sports may take one to two weeks to process after you mail it. Once processed, a credit is issued to the credit card used for the original purchase. It usually takes one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Free Shipping and Returns
Any and all items purchased from Windy City Shooting Sports, LLC and returned pursuant to the return/refund policy of Windy City Shooting Sports, LLC under the guidelines of "Free Shipping" shall have the actual cost of shipping deducted from the total refund due. Windy City Shooting Sports, LLC shall provide to customer through email, a scanned copy of the shipping costs associated with the item. This shipping total shall be deducted from the total amount due.
